Intonation's 2025 Gala: Written in the Stars
Save the date! For almost two decades, Intonation has demonstrated what it means to remix youth development on Chicago's South Side. With collaboration at its core, Intonation's ensemble-focused approach teaches students how to make music as a group with the goal of cultivating lifelong skills of teamwork, effective communication, and a rich appreciation for different perspectives and creativity.
Join us at Written in the Stars, our annual fundraising gala, where we will celebrate a year of achievements and our exploration of Intonation's new frontier.

Join Intonation Music at The Promontory for an afternoon of live performances by local youth musicians! Performances will include musicians from schools and park programs throughout the South Side, as well as a special guest performance by DJ JANESITA!
In anticipation of this year's gala, Written in the Stars, sponsors, ticket holders, and donors will be listed for free entry on our house list for this student showcase! And, families of our band members get in free as well!
Intonation Music is a nonprofit that works with the youth of Chicago to experience making music on their own terms, leading to personal growth and the enrichment of their communities.

We are thrilled to announce that Free For All Fund has generously awarded us the funds to cover our entire 2025-26 Performance Series! This funding will support our upcoming live music events, including our Spring Showcase at The Promontory and Mixtape Live! These concerts allow our students to share what they've learned with our larger community. We are deeply grateful to Free For All Fund for their support, and hope to see you at these upcoming shows!
